The Jaguar car, or Jag, is a luxury car founded in
1922 by William Lyons and William Walmsley as the
Swallow Sidecar Company. The name "Jaguar" was given
to the company in 1945. Used by royalty (Queen
Elizabeth II, Prince Charles...), the Jaguar car
ranges between £21,000 to £76,000. Jaguars are also
sports cars, particularly in the Le Mans 24 Hours,
with victories in 1951, 1953, 1955, 1956, and 1957.
